Every business is unique, especially a start-up.  Traditional sales models and methods may work for large corporations, but in a limited capital environment it takes a completely different type of creativity to win customers and clients.  We focus on helping start-ups and early stage growth companies build a solid foundation by understanding the pains and complications of building a revenue stream on a tight budget without the help of a well-known brand name.  Through very focused sales strategy and channel design, we will help build a successful game plan.

Not all distribution channels should be used.  Analysis of different options including brand reputation and fit should be performed.  Often overlooked, a detailed channel design strategy is repeatedly the reason a business succeeds or fails to survive.  Whether it is not recognizing the type of channel power a partner has or not properly defining a pricing policy that is appropriate, a well thought out channel design can have a significant effect on your business.

Channel design is important for established companies as well. We specialize in helping large consumer brand manufacturers navigate the secondary channel markets.  Like start-ups, large corporations typically have limited capital allocated to secondary channels or do not place much focus into management of these channels.  If your secondary channel is not properly designed and managed, it can lead to serious brand issues and loss of potential revenue. Finally, our team is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work in the trenches with you, after all, if you can’t execute your strategy, there really wasn’t any point in building the plan.
